the 7th ESWI Influenza Conference – focus on influenza, RSV and COVID-19 – virtual edition between 6 December – 9 December 2020. ESWI satellite symposium ‘Why influenza is a dangerous disease for people with diabetes’
ESWI secured a satellite symposium slot during the 55th EASD Annual Meeting (16-20 September, 2019). Marco Goeijenbier and Luc Martinez presented a scientific symposium programme to review current and new data on influenza vaccination of people with diabetes.
This represented a unique opportunity to integrate the topic of influenza vaccination of people with diabetes in meetings and conferences of the Community partners.
