ERS Lung Science Conference 2027

The ERS Lung Science Conference (LSC) is a showcase for the very latest respiratory research and its translation into clinical solutions. Its success lies in fostering dynamic dialogue between early-career researchers and established investigators.

The programme includes expert presentations, short oral presentations selected from high-scoring abstracts, and poster sessions. Each session includes dedicated time for discussion and interaction.

The 2027 conference theme, Programming Lung Health Across the Life Course, explores how biological, environmental and infectious factors shape respiratory health from early development through to adulthood and chronic respiratory disease. By bringing together basic, translational and clinical research, the programme will highlight new insights into disease mechanisms, prevention strategies and future therapeutic opportunities across the lifespan.
