Hosted by Cypriot MEP Michalis Hadjipantela at the European Parliament, the event brought together experts and representatives from various EU institutions. Participants included members of the European Parliament's Committee on Public Health (SANT), the Steering Group on Prevention of Respiratory Infections and the European Scientific Working Group on Influenza (ESWI). They were joined by academics, members of the Adult Immunisation Board, and the European Federation of Allergy and Airways Diseases Patients' Associations (EFA). Also in attendance were the coordinator of the EU4Health project co-OPERATOR, public affairs consultants, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and patient advocacy leaders from eight Member States.
